Types of emotional damages a Plaintiff or Cross-Defendant may seek recovery of damages for in a lawsuit

Here is a list of many of the different types of emotional harms that can lead to money damages in a lawsuit.  For our Clients, please print this out and identify which apply to you.  We will need to document and provide evidence of these damages, but do not hesitate to identify which of these you are feeling.

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Inconvenience
  • Forced career changes from field that you loved
  • Dramatic weight gain / weight loss
  • Dispair
  • Stomach problems (nausea, diarrhea, cramps, exacerbation of Crohn's disease
